Introducing Aprille – Our Warm-Hearted Treatment Coordinator

Aprille is the smiling face that helps patients feel instantly welcome the moment they walk through our doors. Her mission? To make sure everyone leaves the office feeling even better than when they came in—whether that’s through a friendly chat, a helpful explanation of treatment plans, or just her good vibes.

Outside of work, Aprille is a total iced coffee enthusiast—you’ll often find her sipping on an iced Vietnamese coffee, a vanilla latte, or her latest bubble tea obsession. She’s got a major sweet tooth (ice cream is basically a food group), and her go-to fast food lunch is a three-way toss-up between In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, and Chipotle.

On Sunday mornings, Aprille finds peace and purpose at church. The rest of her free time is happily spent with her husband and their adorable fur baby, Maximum. She draws endless inspiration from her mom, whose kindness, patience, and positivity in tough moments have shaped Aprille into the warm, compassionate person she is today.

Here’s Alessandro – Making Patients Feel Like VIPs, One Smile at a Time

Need a good laugh or a warm welcome? Alessandro’s your guy. As our Patient Care Coordinator, his favorite part of the job is chatting with patients, sharing smiles, and making sure everyone feels right at home. He’s known for giving his full attention, a welcoming vibe, and the kind of positive energy that sticks with you long after your visit.

One of his most memorable moments? Helping a patient from the parking lot all the way into the office—just one example of the kind of thoughtful care he brings to every day. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him under the hood working on his cars or on the hunt for the next trendy food or drink spot (bonus points if it’s something new and bold).

A fun fact: Alessandro is very competitive—but only in the best way. Whether it's fine-tuning a patient experience or quoting Michael Jordan's “Limits, like fears, are often just an illusion,” he’s all about leveling up and pushing past boundaries—with a smile, of course.

 Say Hi to Sophia -  Our Smile Whisperer

A Seattle native, Sophia’s journey into dentistry started at age 16 when braces turned her casual interest in teeth into a full-blown obsession with perfect smiles. A college intro to dentistry class sealed the deal—she fell in love with the artistry behind it all.

From humble beginnings as an intern, Sophia worked her way through every corner of the dental office—front desk, assisting, and everything in between—before discovering her true calling as a hygienist. Today, she brings all that experience (and then some!) to make every patient feel at ease the moment they sit in her chair. Comfort is her superpower!

When she’s not busy polishing pearly whites, you’ll likely find Sophia in a hot yoga or Pilates class, cooking up something delicious, traveling, binging K-dramas, or checking out the latest buzzy restaurant in town.

Either way, she’s always moving, always smiling, and always ready to make your dental visit feel like a spa day for your teeth.

Jenna’s goal? To keep your teeth sparkling and your visit stress-free. She’s known for her gentle touch, bubbly personality, and the kind of kindness that makes you forget you're at the dentist. When she’s not perfecting smiles, she’s hiking new trails, sketching art, or hunting down the best pastries in town. If she weren’t so good at dentistry, she’d probably be designing your dream living room.

Meet Tuan Tuan – Our Comfort-First, Foodie-Favorite Hygienist

Tuan Tuan is our dedicated and gentle dental hygienist who loves getting to know her patients—each visit feels like catching up with an old friend. Her top priority (besides keeping your teeth sparkling) is making sure you feel relaxed and at ease in the chair., turning what could be a stressful visit into a positive experience. Outside of the office, Tuan Tuan is a total foodie who is on a mission to taste-test her way through every fun, new restaurant in the Bay Area   When she's not working or taste-testing her way through town, you'll find her unwinding with her fluffy sidekick, Beanie the cat, who fully supports her snack habit.
